This construction company wanted to reduce costs without reducing the quality of its products.
We created a questionnaire especially to detect the work flow of the team. We sent it to more than 30 consultants, managers, executives and collaborators to build the workflow network of the company and detect opportunities in the design, construction and marketing of housing units.
We rebuilt the relationships between managers and facilitated the workflow programs. Once the ideal dynamic of exchange between managers has been determined, the executives return to their main activity: planning and directing.
